We currently operate under a dual-logistics system to provide the best balance of speed and cost for our customers worldwide:

  • United States & Canada: All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our local warehouse via Amazon FBA, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

  • Other International Countries (e.g., UK, EU, Southeast Asia, etc.): Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China via premium international couriers.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Time & Cost

A. For United States & Canada:

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping via Amazon Logistics.

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after fulfillment.

  • Shipping Cost: FREE SHIPPING on all orders. We absorb all shipping costs to provide you the best value.

B. For Other International Countries:

  • Shipping Method: We exclusively use premium express couriers (DHL, UPS, or FedEx) for international shipments to ensure security, speed, and full tracking.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 7-15 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout. The cost is based on your destination, package weight, and dimensions, and is charged at competitive rates directly by the courier. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. How to Check Shipping Cost & Availability

During checkout, simply enter your country and postal code in the shipping address field. The system will automatically display:

  • If your location is eligible for shipping.

  • The accurate shipping cost (if applicable) based on your cart contents.

  • The estimated delivery timeframe.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s real-time status on the courier’s official website.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. BUGANi is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • For damaged or lost packages, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery (for damage) or the estimated delivery date (for loss) with relevant details (photos, tracking number). We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.
