BUGANi is committed to delivering high-quality headphones and speakers. This warranty policy outlines the coverage and procedures to ensure our customers have peace of mind when purchasing our products.

1. Warranty Coverage

BUGANi products are covered under a limited warranty for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. This warranty guarantees the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Covered Issues

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Functional failures not caused by external factors (e.g., battery issues, Bluetooth connectivity problems).
  • Faulty or damaged components due to quality issues.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, scuffs, aging).
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
  • Water or liquid damage unless the product is explicitly advertised as water-resistant.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
  • Lost or stolen products.

2. Proof of Warranty

To verify your warranty eligibility, you must provide:

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • For products approved under warranty, BUGANi will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs to send the product to our service center unless stated otherwise.

5. Important Notes

  • Warranty services are only valid in the region or country where the product was originally purchased.
  • Repaired or replaced products are covered under the original warranty period or an additional 90 days, whichever is longer.
